1. Why should I attend SPMM course?
Our SPMM course was first started in March 2005. More than 1000 psychiatrists have used our courses in last 3 years and passed their exams successfully. The course has always received good feedback from the candidates who attended our course over the last four years. We work extremely hard to maintain our quality & reputation and all the courses are tailored comprehensively to suit the needs of the trainees who are sitting for the Royal college exam. 2. What is online module?
The online module is an innovative way to revise. You can start your revision even before you attend our weekend course through online module. And we charge not a penny extra to provide online access for those who attend our weekend course!!
3. Can I use only online revision?
At SPMM we recognise not everyone can travel a lot and come to London for an intensive revision. There is also an option of buying only online access at very competitive cost. No matter when you buy the online course, it will remain active till you take your exam! A loyal friend, indeed!
4. How to book a place for the courses?
There is an online application form available on the website which needs to be filled in first to reserve your place and once submitted, you can make the necessary payments either through cheque or online (through paypal) to confirm your place within the next few days.

5. Can I book a place for CASC before the theory paper results?
You can book a place for the CASC course before the written paper results. However, only 50% of money will be refunded for any cancellation made 4 weeks prior to the course and no money will be refunded for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the course. Please see our cancellation policy elaborated on the 'Course Details' page.

7. Where is the venue and how to reach there?
All the courses are usually conducted at Novotel Hotel, HAMMERSMITH, London. The venue is two minutes walk from Hammersmith underground tube station and the map can be downloaded from this website. The nearest airport is London Heathrow.

8. Is there parking available?
There are lots of parking spaces available and you shouldn’t have any problem in getting a space to park your car especially over the weekend. Howeverm You will be charged between 3 pounds per hour, when you park on the hotel premises. There is also lots of pay and display car parks nearer to the site of the venue.

9. Where can I stay in London to attend your course?
Hammersmith is a very popular area in west London and there are 100s of B&Bs, which are cheap and situated close to tube station. You can very easily find one using Google search for ‘B&Bs near Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, Kensington Olympia’ and book one of those according to your preferences.

10. My trust is sponsoring me to attend the course. Can I get an invoice from you?
We will provide with you an invoice and receipt, to confirm the money that you have paid to attend the course. We will also send you a confirmation letter to confirm your bookings, which can be produced for reimbursement with your trust.

11. I have paid via paypal but my online access is still not active. What should I do?
The activation of online access will take place within 24 hours of payment. Please check your junk mail box as the activation email can sometimes enter the spam box. If you dont get activation within 24 hours of paypal payment or within 5 days of posting your cheque, please write to us at spmmcourse@gmail.com.
12. How to use the doubt clearance forum?
The doubt clearance forum is 24X7 and free. Any one can register and you do not have to be one of our course candidates. It is simple and totally free and moderated by our team of online tutors. You post your doubts and see them cleared within 24 hours with references and explanations! And do you know - we post One MCQ a day free for all forum users to facilitate your revision!!
13. Can you post us your printed materials?
Sorry we cannot do this. We receive numerous emails and calls for our excellent notes and materials - but it is impossible for us to post these materials to you individually. The materials are supplementary to the weekend course and everyone attending the weekend course will get our continuously updated materials. It is a time consuming exercise for us to post these.
